This privacy policy explains how Jason Bledsoe collects and uses information submitted through the contact form on wjbledsoe.com, as well as private finance, Gmail, and calendar data accessed through the authenticated personal dashboard.

When you use the contact form, you may provide your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used to review your inquiry, respond to questions, and reach out about potential client work, projects, or professional opportunities. Contact details may also be used for reasonable follow-up related to your original message.

Contact notifications

When a form is submitted, the website owner may receive internal notifications so inquiries can be reviewed and answered promptly. These notifications are used only for business communication related to your submitted request.

Sharing and service providers

Contact-form information is not sold or rented. It may be processed by hosting, email, and notification service providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver inquiry notifications. Financial data and Plaid integration

The private agent dashboard on this website uses Plaid to connect to financial institutions and retrieve account balances and transaction history. The following applies to all financial data accessed through this integration:

• Single-user access only. The Plaid integration is accessible exclusively to the website owner and is protected by password authentication. No financial data belonging to third parties is collected or stored.
• No persistent storage. Account balances and transaction data retrieved from the Plaid API are displayed in real time and are not written to any database, log file, or persistent storage system.
• No data sharing. Financial data retrieved through Plaid is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for any commercial purpose.
• Access tokens. A Plaid access token is held in a server-managed session for the duration of the authenticated session only and is discarded when the session ends.
• Plaid's own privacy policy. Data sharing between your financial institution and Plaid is governed by Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

Google Gmail and Calendar integration

The private agent dashboard may use Google OAuth to request read-only access to the website owner's Gmail and Google Calendar data. This access is used only to display inbox priorities, upcoming calendar events, and related personal context inside the authenticated dashboard and Eva agent experience.

• Read-only access. The Google integration requests Gmail and Calendar read-only scopes and does not send, modify, or delete email or calendar events.
• Single-user access only. The Google integration is intended exclusively for the website owner and is protected by dashboard authentication.
• No sale or advertising use. Google user data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used for unrelated commercial purposes.
• Limited use. Google user data is used only to provide the dashboard's email triage, calendar agenda, and agent context features.

Data retention and security

Contact-form information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries and meet operational or legal requirements. Private dashboard data is retained only as needed to provide the requested authenticated features. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect all information, including HTTPS transmission, server-side credential storage, and hashed authentication. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form, subject to reasonable verification and legal or operational requirements. To revoke Plaid's access to your financial institution, visit my.plaid.com.
